Payment Options KTC Speech Therapy is an in-network provider with CareFirst BlueCross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United HealthCare. For other networks, we are considered an out of network provider and a SuperBill can be provider upon request. A SuperBill is a way in which you can be reimbursed for therapy services from your insurance company. Fees are due at time of service delivery.
There is an 8 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged the full amount for the session for any cancellations made less than 8 hours of the session start time. Insurance does not cover late cancellations or no show fees. Please email or text Cori if you need to cancel.
